Kul Man Ghising (born 25 November 1970 in Bethan, Ramechhap) is a Nepali engineer and technocrat who served as Managing Director of the Nepal Electricity Authority. He earned acclaim for leading efforts to eliminate severe power shortages in Nepal, once known for daily blackouts of up to 18 hours, by improving power distribution, management, and running generation capacity more efficiently. His success at NEA, combined with a reputation for effectiveness and integrity, has made him a leading candidate among protestors and reform-minded citizens for the position of interim Prime Minister amid political unrest.
